SHRIMP CREOLE 
1 lg. chopped onion
1 tbsp. garlic salt
3 tbsp. sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. chili powder
2 (28 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes
1 head celery, chopped
2-4 green peppers, chopped
1 (16 oz.) popcorn shrimp, rinsed & drained

In a large pan brown the onion and garlic salt. Add sugar, Worcestershire sauce and chili powder and stir well. Add tomato sauce and tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Add celery and green peppers and cook for 1 hour. Add shrimp and cook 15 minutes. Serve over rice.
