JANE'S ITALIAN STUFFING 
2 lbs. Italian sausage
3 c. finely chopped celery (stalk & leaves)
2 c. finely chopped onion
1 c. finely chopped green pepper
2 (13 oz.) boxes dry seasoned dressing mix
2 tbsp. dried parsley, crushed
3 c. turkey broth
2 eggs, beaten

Brown sausage; add celery, onion, green pepper; saute. Add dressing mix, parsley, broth and eggs; toss lightly to mix. Add other ingredients. Bake in a casserole dish 1 hour.
