ITALIAN STUFFED PEPPERS 
3 Italian sweet sausages
1 pkg. frozen spinach
2 tbsp. oil
3 eggs
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. ground allspice
7-8 green peppers
1/3 c. bread crumbs
1/2 lb. hamburger
1/2 med. onion
1/4 lb. butter
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. parsley flakes
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach and squeeze out excess water. Remove skin from sausage and grind in food chopper/food processor with hamburger, spinach and onion.

In a saucepan heat oil and butter. Add chopped mixture, salt, garlic powder, parsley flakes and allspice. Mix well and cook 10-15 minutes. Cool a little before adding eggs, cheese and bread crumbs. Makes 7 or 8 full peppers. Remove seeds from peppers and parboil for 3 minutes. Fill peppers (halves or whole). Bake at 350 degrees until peppers are tender. Serves 7-8.
