APPLE DUMPLINGS 
CRUST:

3 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 c. lard
Approx. 3/4 c. milk

FILLING: (mixed together)
Apples, peeled, sliced & covered with
1 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. flour

Mix together crust and roll into a bottom and an upper crust. Put vents in upper crust and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
