HAMBURGER RELISH 
2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
3/4 c. cider vinegar
1 1/2 c. diced celery
1 1/2 c. diced onion
1 c. diced green pepper
1 tsp. horseradish
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 tsp. basil
1/4 tsp. oregano
3/4 c. sugar
Tabasco sauce

Stir tomato sauce, tomato paste and vinegar together. Put celery, onions and green pepper in saucepan and add tomato mixture. Mix horseradish, salt, mustard, paprika, basil and oregano with sugar; stir into tomato mixture. Bring to a boil; simmer, uncovered for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat. For those who like more zip and tang to their relish, divide the relish into 2 portions and to one portion add 1/2 to 1 teaspoon of Tabasco sauce. Cool to room temperature and serve with hamburgers.
