HAMBURGER RELISH 
30 tomatoes
1 1/2 bunches celery
7 lg. onions
2 sm. hot pepper; optional
4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. salt
8 c. sugar

Chop celery, onions, peppers, and skinned tomatoes. Add to rest of ingredients. Cook until thicken, 3 1/2 to 4 hours. Pour into hot jars and seal. Makes 6 pints.
