HEATH TOFFEE BAR CAKE | |
2 c. brown sugar 2 c. flour 1/2 c. butter 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 tsp. salt 1 egg 1 c. milk 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 c. nuts 6 Heath toffee bars Mix brown sugar and flour. Cut in butter as for pie crust. RESERVE 1 CUP FOR TOPPING. Add beaten egg, milk, soda, salt, vanilla to remaining mixture. Beat until blended. Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle with reserved crumbs and nuts and chopped toffee. Bake in 350 degree oven for 35 minutes. |
