PAT'S PORK CHOP CASSEROLE 
4 to 6 pork chops
4 to 6 potatoes
1/2 c. milk
1 can condensed mushroom soup

Brown pork chops in frying pan. Peel and cut potatoes (as for home fries). Place potatoes in deep casserole dish. Add mushroom soup and milk. Put pork chops on top. Season with salt and pepper. Onions (optional) can be placed on top of pork chops. Bake covered at 350 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Serves 4 to 6.
