PARMESAN CHEESE BREAD 
2 pkgs. dry yeast
1/2 c. warm water
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. butter
1 c. warm water
1 c. Parmesan cheese
6 1/2 c. unsifted flour
1 egg, well beaten

Stir yeast and water until dissolved. Stir in egg, sugar, salt, butter and 1 cup water. Stir in cheese and enough flour to make soft dough. Turn dough onto heavy floured board and knead 10 minutes. Replace dough in bowl and grease the top. Let rise, covered until double. Knead and put in loaf pans. Brush top with 2nd egg and let rise until double in size. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 to 40 minutes.
