LEMON SPONGE PIES 
1 lemon
4 tbsp. flour
2 c. granulated sugar
2 tbsp. butter
4 eggs
2 c. milk

Cream butter, sugar, egg yolks, flour, lemon and milk. Then add well beaten egg whites. Pour into unbaked pie shells. Makes 2 pies.
