10 boiled potatoes
10 hard boiled eggs
1 med. pickle, diced
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. salad dressing
1/4 c. mustard
2 tbsp. horseradish
1/2 c. diced onion
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. salt
1 tbsp. pepper

Into large bowl cut potatoes (leave skins on) into desired pieces. Add eggs and ingredients in order given. Season more if desired. Mix and blend thoroughly.

Top or garnish with sliced pickles, cheese slices, green peppers or radishes.
