COUNTRY SALAD 
4 med. tomatoes
1 lg. cucumber, optional
1 Spanish or Bermuda onion
1 green pepper
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
Paprika and pepper to taste
1/2 c. vinegar

Wash tomatoes, slice thin a large bowl. Peel cucumber and onion. Mix with tomatoes, slice green pepper and add to other vegetables.

Sprinkle with salt, pepper, sugar and paprika. Pour vinegar over vegetables. Chill for 1 hour. Choose your own dressing. Serves 6.
