Used it to make magic cookie bars. Excellent. It is also more economical.

Whew, this recipe saved the day! I was a bit concerned that it would be the correct amount to substitute for a 14 oz. can of condensed milk but it worked perfectly in the fudge. Saved me a few dollars and a frantic trip to grocery store. Thanks!

I am please to find a recipe replacement for sweetened condensed milk. Looking through the cabinet and finding bad sweetened condensed milk half way through the recipe was not a good feeling. Thanks to you, we were able to complete the recipe for fudge without any further delays.

Has anyone tried the Sweetened Condensed Milk Substitute recipe with a gluten-free flour? That would be a double plus!

I decided to make 2 batches of Magic Bars for a family reunion tomorrow - but I only had 1 can of Sweetened Condensed Milk. Finally found this recipe - the only one that didn't require powdered milk (yuck lol).

My husband actually prefers the batch that has this condensed milk on it to the one with the canned, boughten stuff.

I will definitely be using this recipe again.

Making Magic Cookie Bars, wanted to make two batches, had only one can of sweetened condensed milk, so I made one with the canned and one using this recipe. This was actually a lot better tasting than the store bought, the brown sugar gave a nice tan color to the cookies.
