TACO SPREAD 
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can bean dip
8 oz. sour cream
2 avocados
1/4 c. taco sauce
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
Salt and pepper
1 bunch chopped green onions
1/2 lb. cooked ground beef
Finely chopped lettuce
1 c. cheddar cheese
1 c. chopped black ripe olives, if desired
1/4 c. mayonnaise
2 tomatoes, chopped

Spread bean dip on a 12 to 14 inch platter. Mash avocados and combine with lemon juice and mayonnaise. Pat on top of bean dip layer. Combine sour cream, taco seasoning, taco sauce, and beef. Spread on top of avocado mixture. Top with tomatoes, onions, olives, lettuce, and cheese. Serve with nacho chips.
