HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 lb. hamburger
1/2 stick butter
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 can mushrooms
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 clove garlic, minced
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. sour cream
Noodles or rice
Parsley

Saute first 3 ingredients. Stir in flour, salt, pepper, garlic and mushrooms. Cook 5 to 10 minute stirring constantly. Add cream of chicken soup. Bring to a boil stirring constantly. Reduce heat and simmer 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream. Heat thoroughly. Serve over noodles or rice. Sprinkle with parsley.
