SKILLET SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. spaghetti, cut
1 lg. can peeled tomatoes
1 med. onion, chopped
1 med. bell pepper, chopped
Italian seasoning (pinch)
8 slices American cheese or Sandwich Mate
Salt and pepper to taste
Garlic powder (dash)

While spaghetti is cooking in large pan, saute onion and green pepper in small amount of cooking oil in large skillet until almost clear. Add ground beef and brown, spoon off excess grease. Add cooked spaghetti and undrained can of tomatoes to meat. Add seasonings. Simmer 10 to 15 minutes. Stir in 4 slices of cheese until melted. Melt remaining cheese on top. Serves 4 to 6.
