HERBADE FROM HARVARD SHAKER
VILLAGE
 
1/2 c. chopped mint
1/2 c. chopped lemon balm
1/2 c. sugar syrup (boil 2 parts water & 1 part sugar for 5 minutes)
1/4 c. lemon juice
1/4 c. orange juice
4 quarts ginger ale, chilled

Combine all. Let stand one hour or more. Strain and add cold ginger ale. Great for birthday parties. Serves 16.
