HI-RICE 
4 c. cooked rice
2 c. sour cream
3/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
2 (4-oz.) cans green chiles, diced
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Add Monterey jack cheese to warm rice. Stir in sour cream and the green chiles. Top with Cheddar cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 350°F.
