SPICY APPLE JELLO SALAD 
1 pkg. raspberry Jello
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. boiling water
1 c. applesauce
1 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello in boiling water and add cold water. Measure 1 cup of Jello and add applesauce and cinnamon to it. Spoon into dessert glasses and chill 30 minutes. Chill remaining Jello until slightly thick. Blend in Cool Whip. Spoon over applesauce mixture in glasses. Makes 3 cups or 4 servings.
