Melt together 1 cup hot water and 2/3 cup red hot cinnamon candies over heat until candy is dissolved. Add one package lemon Jello, stir until dissolved. Add 1 1/2 cups applesauce. Pour half of mixture in mold and let set until firm. Top with cream cheese filling. Then top with remaining Jello mixture.

PHILADELPHIA CREAM CHEESE FILLING:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Mix together.
