DARK CHOCOLATE CAKE 
CAKE:

2 c. brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. sour cream
1 tsp. cream of tartar
1/2 c. boiling water
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. cocoa
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda

MOCA ICING:

1/4 c. butter
2 tsp. instant coffee
3 c. confectioners' sugar
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa
Dash salt
3 tbsp. milk

CAKE: Cream brown sugar, butter, eggs and cocoa. Add flour, cream of tartar and baking soda alternating with sour cream. Stir in boiling water. Pour into greased and floured 8 inch pans. Bake at 325 for 35 minutes.

ICING: Cream butter, add cocoa, instant coffee and dash of salt. Slowly add confectioners' sugar, milk and vanilla. Beat until smooth.
