FOOL-PROOF DARK CHOCOLATE FUDGE 
3 c. Hershey semi-sweet chips
1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand condensed milk
Dash salt
1 c. chopped nuts
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract

Should you want lighter fudge - substitute 1 cup vanilla chips for 1 cup chocolate chips

In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with condensed milk. Remove from heat; stir in nuts (pecans or walnuts) and vanilla. Spread on wax paper lined 8 or 9 inch square pan. Chill 2 hours or until firm. Store loosely covered at room temperature.
