DISAPPEARING MARSHMALLOW BARS 
1/2 c. butterscotch chips
1/4 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/3 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 egg
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chocolate chips
1/4 c. nuts (optional)

Using a medium saucepan, combine butterscotch chips and butter. Melt over medium heat and cool to lukewarm. Add flour, brown sugar, baking powder, salt, vanilla, and egg. Mix well. Add marshmallows, chocolate chips, and nuts. Fold into mixture and stir about 5 times. Spoon into greased 9 x 9 inch pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Center will not be firm but will become firm when bars cool.
