MARSHMALLOW FUDGE BARS 
3/4 c. flour, sifted
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/2 c. pecan, chopped
12 large marshmallows

Sift together flour, baking powder, salt and cocoa. Cream butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Blend in eggs, add dry ingredients, add vanilla. Spread on greased and floured 8 x 12 pan. Bake in oven of 350 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Cover with 12 marshmallows (or miniature marshmallows may be used). Return to oven for 3 minutes. Spread marshmallows. Cool. Cover with:

EASY CHOCOLATE FROSTING:

Combine 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar, 1/4 c. water, 2 squares chocolate (or 3 tablespoons cocoa) in saucepan. Let come to a boil and cook 3 minutes. Add 3 tablespoons butter and 1 teaspoon vanilla. Cool and blend in 1 1/2 cup powdered sugar.
