HONEY BACON BURGERS | |
2 lbs. ground chuck 1/2 cup Tony Chachere’s Honey BBQ Marinade 1/2 tbsp. Tony Chachere’s Original Creole Seasoning 1 (1 lb.) pkg. hickory smoked bacon (about 8 slices) 1 pkg. hamburger buns 1. Combine ground chuck, marinade, and seasoning in a large mixing bowl. 2. Shape meat mixture into approximately 1/4 lb. burgers. 3. Fry bacon strips while grilling burgers to desired temperature. 4. Put burger on bun. Top each burger with strip of bacon. Variation: Add diced white onion to burger mix. Makes 8 burgers. Submitted by: Lauren Lupo |
