CREAM CHEESE BROWNIES 
2 chocolate chip cookie rolls (Pillsbury)
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg

Grease pan. Cut cookie roll into slices. Lay in pan (about 9 x 12 inch pan). Spread cookies together with butter knife and a little warm water. Blend sugar, egg and vanilla with cream cheese until smooth.

Pour on top of the cookies and spread all around. Cut second roll of cookies into slices and lay on top of cream cheese mix. (Don't spread top layer.) Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes until golden. Cut when cool.
