2 pkgs. Pillsbury chocolate chip cookie dough (frozen)
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
2 eggs
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. vanilla

Grease 9"x13" pan well. Slice 1 package of cookie dough and place in bottom of pan. Mix all ingredients, except nuts. Pour over cookie slices in pan. Add nuts. Slice second package of cookie dough and place over cream cheese mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Let cool and cut to serve.
