CRANBERRY MOLD 
1 orange
2 c. fresh cranberries
2 cored unpeeled apples
1 c. sugar
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lemon-flavored Jello
1 1/2 c. hot water
Lettuce

Quarter orange; remove seeds and rind, reserving one-fourth rind. Put orange, reserved orange rind, cranberries, and apples through a food mill. Add sugar to fruit mixture, mixing well. Cover and let stand 1 hour. Dissolve Jello in hot water; add to fruit mixture. Pour into an oiled 6-cup mold, chill until firm. Unmold on lettuce-lined serving dish. Yield: 8 to 10 servings.
