RICE KRISPIES BALLS 
1 stick butter
1 c. dates, cut up
1 c. sugar
2 c. Rice Krispies
Coconut, as needed

Combine butter, sugar and dates. Cook until well blended and soft, stirring constantly. Cool mixture and stir in Rice Krispies. Shape into balls. Roll in chopped nuts. Store in tightly covered container.
