COCONUT DATE BALLS 
1 stick butter
3/4 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. dates
2 c. Rice Krispies
1 c. pecans (cut fine)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 can coconut

Melt butter, add sugar and dates. Cook on low heat until thick. Add Rice Krispies, nuts and flavoring. Cool a little and roll in coconut. Shape into balls.
