CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 cut up chicken (or enough to serve 4 chicken breast for 4 people)
1 env. dry onion soup mix
1 c. raw rice (minute rice)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Garlic salt

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease rectangular cake pan with butter. Sprinkle onion soup mix over bottom of pan. Then sprinkle rice over the top of soup mix. Place chicken parts on top of layer of rice. Dilute the cream of mushroom soup with 1 can of water and pour over the chicken. Sprinkle with garlic salt on top of chicken.

Don't add any salt. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes with foil covering the pan. Remove foil and bake an additional 30 minutes.
