WESTERN BLUE CHEESE DRESSING 
2 oz. blue cheese, crumbled
3/4 c. dairy sour cream
2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. salad oil
Dash Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
Dash onion salt
Dash garlic salt
Dash pepper
3 tbsp. white wine vinegar

In a pint size, screw top jar, combine blue cheese and sour cream. Stir in milk, salad oil, Worcestershire sauce, Parmesan cheese, onion salt, garlic salt and pepper. Mix well. Add vinegar. Cover jar and shake well. Chill. Makes 1 1/3 cups salad dressing.
