SKILLET SPAGHETTI 
1 lb. ground beef
1 c. onion
1/2 c. bell pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. shortening
2 tsp. salt
4 c. water
1/2 lb. spaghetti, broken
1 c. tomatoes
3/4 c. Heinz ketchup

Brown first 4 ingredients in shortening; sprinkle with salt. Stir in water. Bring to boil. Add spaghetti. Cook uncovered 12-15 minutes until spaghetti is done. Stir in tomatoes and ketchup. Simmer 10 minutes. Serve. Makes about 9 cups.
