CREAMY CHEESE CASSEROLE 
2 c. wide egg noodles
1/2 c. milk
1 can carrots, drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tbsp. butter
1 c. diced ham, canned tuna or chopped Polish Kielbasa
1 sm. onion
1 c. shredded cheese
1/2 c. crushed chips

Cook noodles 5-7 minutes; drain. Set aside. Mix in saucepan carrots, soup, butter, milk, meat and onion; heat thoroughly. Add cheese, stir in noodles. Place in casserole dish. Cover with crushed potato chips or foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
