CREAMY LEMON CHEESE PIE | |
1 graham cracker pie shell 1/4 c. lemon juice 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese 2 eggs, beaten 3/4 c. sugar TOPPING: 1 tbsp. grated lemon peel 1 tbsp. sugar 1 c. sour cream Blend lemon juice and cream cheese together. Add beaten eggs and sugar; beat until fluffy. Pour into chilled pie shell and bake in oven at 325 degrees for 25 minutes or until set. Remove from oven and cool for 5 minutes. Prepare topping by mixing lemon peel, sugar and sour cream. Spread over pie. Return to oven and bake 10 minutes longer. Cool. Chill in refrigerator about 5 hours before serving. |
