ICE CREAM DESSERT 
2 pkg. Ritz crackers
1 1/2 sticks butter
1/2 gal. vanilla ice cream
Small carton Cool Whip
1 1/2 c. milk
2 sm. boxes instant coconut cream pie filling pudding

Crush 2 packages of Ritz crackers (save 5 for top). Mix with 1 1/2 sticks melted butter, pat firmly into 9 x 13 inch pan. Refrigerate until you make ice cream mixture.

Put 1/ gallon vanilla ice cream in a large mixing bowl (let soften a little). Blend until smooth. Add 1 1/2 cups milk, 2 boxes of pie filling. Beat well. Pour over crumb mixture. Let set (1/2 hour in refrigerator) then spread Cool Whip on top. Crush 5 crackers and sprinkle on top of Cool Whip. Refrigerate overnight.
