4 c. peanuts
2 c. sugar
1 c. water

Cook together in heavy saucepan until all water is completely absorbed, about 20 minutes, stirring constantly. Spread in lightly greased flat baking pan and bake in oven at 300°F. for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.

Pack in pretty jars for gifting.
