6 c. Rice Chex
6 oz. chocolate chips
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. peanut butter
2 c. powdered sugar

Melt chocolate chips, butter and peanut butter. Pour over cereal. Add powdered sugar and mix. This works best if you put cereal in large bowl with cover, that way you can just shake mixture to mix.
