9 c. favorite Chex cereals (Rice and Corn)
1 c. semi-sweet sweet chocolate morsels
1/2 c. peanut butter (use creamy)
1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Place cereal in large bowl; set aside. In small saucepan, over low heat, melt chocolate pieces, peanut butter, and butter until smooth, stirring often. Remove from heat. Stir in vanilla. Pour over cereal, stirring until all pieces are coated. Place cereal mixture and sugar in a large resealable plastic bag (you may have to do this in small batches). Shake until all pieces are well coated. Spread on wax paper to cool. Store in resealable plastic bag or air- tight container. Yield: 9 cups.
