KAREN'S SPICY SNACK MIX 
2 c. Wheat Chex
2 c. Rice or Corn Chex
2 c. Goldfish crackers
2 c. Pretzel Fish crackers
1 c. Multi-Grain Cheerios
1 c. Pine Nuts
Olive oil cooking spray
5 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. onion powder
Large roasting pan

Preheat oven to 250 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in roasting pan. Spray ingredients with cooking spray. Stir thoroughly. Spray and stir until all ingredients are lightly coated with oil. Add Worcestershire sauce 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring between each one. Add seasoned salt one 1 teaspoon at a time, stir between each one. Add garlic powder and stir. Add onion powder and stir. Place pan in oven and bake 1 hour. Stir ingredients every 15 minutes while baking. Cool mixture on paper towels. Store cooled mixture in airtight container.

For lower fat version substitute a second cup of Cheerios for the Pine Nuts.
