BAKE - OFF ENTRY: BLUEBERRY
CRUNCH CAKE
 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 egg
1/3 c. vegetable oil
1 c. blueberries
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. almond extract

TOPPING:

1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3 tbsp. butter, softened
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and salt; set aside. Combine egg, milk, oil and almond extract; beat. Stir into dry ingredients; mix until smooth. Pour batter into an 8 inch greased square pan. Top with blueberries. Combine remaining ingredients and sprinkle over blueberries. bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
