FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. fettuccine or med. egg noodles
1/4 c. butter, melted
1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp. half & half
Dash of pepper

Prepare noodles as label directs; drain. Combine butter, cheese, half and half and pepper in warm serving bowl. Carefully toss hot drained noodles with cheese mixture to coat well. Serve immediately. I double the sauce recipe that goes in the bowl and then make a third portion to use as an add-on.

NOTE: If you want to cut down on the calories, mix 1 tablespoon low-calorie sour cream with 1 tablespoon plain yogurt. Substitute this mixture for the half and half.
