FETTUCCINE ALFREDO 
1 (16 oz.) container sour cream
2 (8 oz.) containers heavy cream
1 egg, beaten
2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 (1 lb.) pkg. fettuccine noodles
Pepper

Heat sour cream, heavy cream, and beaten egg in saucepan on stove top using medium heat, stirring frequently. When mixture is hot, stir in Parmesan cheese until well blended.

Cook noodles according to package directions and drain on colander. Place noodles in pasta dish and add hot cream sauce and mix well. Sprinkle with pepper. Serve immediately.
