FETTUCINI ALFREDO 
1 pkg. fettucini noodles
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
2/3 c. light cream
1/4 c. butter
1 egg yolk

Cook and drain noodles. Beat egg yolk lightly with fork and add cream. Melt butter. Place drained noodles in a hot bowl. Stir in egg and cream mixture. Add melted butter and 1/2 of the cheese. Toss until blended. Add balance of cheese a little at a time and serve immediately.
