CHOCOLATE SWIRLED PEANUT BUTTER
SQUARES
 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. peanut butter (smooth)

FILLING:

3 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. peanut butter (smooth)
6 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. frozen whipped topping
1 c. chocolate sauce

Crust: Stir together flour and brown sugar. Cut in butter and peanut butter. Press into two jelly roll pans or two medium cookie sheets and bake at 350 degrees for 12 minutes. Cool.

Filling: Beat together cream cheese, sugar and peanut butter. Add eggs and vanilla. Beat until smooth. fold in whipped cream. Spread over crust. Drizzle chocolate sauce over and swirl in with spatula to marble. Freeze. (Recipe can be halved.)
