POTATOES FROM KENTUCKY 
2 lb. frozen Ore-Ida hash browns
2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 c. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. onion, chopped
6 slices cooked crumbled bacon
1/2 c. butter
Salt
Pepper

Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Place potatoes in the pan. Mix together cheese, sour cream, cream of chicken soup and onion. Spread over potatoes. Melt butter and pour over mixture. Season with salt and pepper. Sprinkle bacon on top.
