POTATO HOT DISH 
Sliced potatoes
Sliced carrots
1 lb. ground beef
Sliced onions
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can milk

In bottom of baking dish, put a layer of sliced potatoes and then a layer of sliced carrots. Brown 1 pound ground beef, drain off fat. Put beef on top of carrots. Put layer of sliced onions and then layer of potatoes. Top with cream of mushroom soup, chicken soup and can of milk. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
