SAUSAGE CHEESE BALLS 
1 lb. pork sausage, hot
3 c. Bisquick
10 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated

Mix all ingredients well. Shape into balls and bake at 450 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes. These freeze very well. Thaw and reheat before serving.
