SEAFOAM COLESLAW 
1 sm. pkg. lime Jello
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
3/4 c. cold water
2 tbsp. vinegar
2/3 c. mayonnaise
4 tsp. grated onion
3/4 tsp. celery seed
2 c. shredded cabbage
Dash pepper

Dissolve Jello and salt in hot water. Add cold water, vinegar, mayonnaise, onion and celery seed. Blend with fork or egg beater. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in cabbage. Pour in 1 quart mold and chill until firm.
