VIRGINIA'S HONEY MUSTARD
DRESSING
 
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. honey
2 tbsp. white vinegar
2 tbsp. minced onion
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped fine
1/2 c. salad oil

Combine all, except oil, mixing well. Blend in oil. Chill about 1 hour before serving. Makes about 2 cups. Keeps very well in refrigerator.
